The After Three Program provide s a safe haven for the students whose parents and guardians work late. The students enrolled in the program can experience activities such as Arts & Crafts, Literature, Computers, Sports, Dance, Bible Lessons, and Cultural Diversity.

Art/Drama/Poetry Programs — students have an opportunity to express their gifts through our Art and Drama Programs. Each year, Blair Christian Academy produces several performances. In October, pre-school and elementary students celebrate Grandparents Day with lots of singing, dancing and humorous skits in honor of our mom-moms, pop-pops and nanas. We also have produced several full-fledged plays and are participants in the annual Association of Christian Schools International Fine Arts Festival. Students also have an opportunity to participate in our annual Christmas program.

Blair Bishops Chess Club is an after school activity open to scholastic players from grades 1-8 Meeting twice a week (Monday & Wednesday 3:30 - 5:30) our members learn chess tactics, and strategies. We are committed in developing good thinking skills which carryover into the game of life. The Club preserves a enjoyable environment of chess activities while members successfully develop other skills in accomplishing Club goals and objectives.

Chess brings out latent abilities that have not been reached by traditional educational means. It promotes logical thinking, instills a sense of self-confidence and self-worth, improves communication and pattern recognition skills. It develops the values of hard work, concentration, objectivity, and commitment.

Drill Team is a group of Elementary, Middle, and High school students who exhibit athleticism through drill routines . Members of this squad choreograph routines and perform during school functions

Glee Club members consist of students in grades 1 through 8. They meet on a weekly basis to prepare for upcoming singing events, such as the Christmas Bazaar, Spring Concert and Graduation, to name a few. Opportunities are available through the choir elective for older students who wish to sing.

Enrichment Program consists of students in 2 nd through 8 th grades who score above the 90 th percentile on the SAT -10 and who are recommended by their teachers as superior students in their current classroom academics. The purpose of the Enrichment Program is to provide an opportunity for the students enrolled to enhance their problem-solving skills as well as their critical thinking skills.

Foundational Program was started to help students who were struggling with fundamentals of mathematics and reading. This group, which meets on Saturdays, gives the children the added support needed to do well in their classroom academics by laying the foundations that were missed in previous years. After completion of the program, each student will be equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in the educational curriculum for their grade level.

Junior Statesmen of America consists of a group of high school students whose passion is to debate the fairness of current bills and laws, create their own laws and really get to know America’s legal judicial system first hand. This group travels bi-monthly to meet with other JSA members at area conferences.

Safety Patrol consists of a group of elementary students who believe safety comes first with children. The students on the safety patrol arrive to school early to assist the children in walking up the hill safely as they model good habits of crossing with traffic.

Sports Program offers opportunities in Basketball, Soccer, and Track & Field. These organized sports promote athleticism and sportsmanship, while the students learn the rules of the game. The students compete with other area schools and organizations. See our Athletics Department by clicking here.

Student Government allows our high school students to make a difference in our school by taking ownership for the results of their decisions. Student Government listens to the voice of the students and brainstorms a solution, then implements it. One implementation has been the opening of our School Store, which is run by Student Government members. Student Government also hosts school-wide competitions as they strive to elicit school spirit throughout the school.
